The 2026 Cosmic Conference - 7th Edition
GROUNDED & LIMITLESS
Leading Organizations that Survive & Thrive
March 25 - April 17
How do leaders keep organizations steady when the world around them isn’t?
Uncertainty doesn't just test strategy. It tests culture and the trust people place in those who lead them.
When the path ahead is unclear, people look to their leaders not only for direction, but for both steadiness and motion, grounding and dreaming.
This year’s conference explores how leaders help their organizations navigate change, adapt to shifting realities, and continue moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Across three themed weeks, Endure, Adapt, and Thrive, we will explore the (self) leadership strategies and practices that power organizations through uncertainty and towards growth.
This is a Hybrid Event
Mostly only sessions, and tentatively in person in Dubai, Abu Dhabi,
and Riyadh.

WHY NOW?
Each year, the Cosmic Conference brings together peers, mentors, leadership development practitioners, and subject matter experts to explore the most pressing challenges for leaders and their organizations.
While the conference is typically held later in the year, the pace and gravity of events across the region made it clear that this conversation could not wait. To support leaders when they need it most, we chose to bring this year’s conference forward and convene this conversation now.

ABOUT OUR THEMES

Week 1 | March 25 to April 3
ENDURE
Surviving Periods of Uncertainty
When crisis stretches on, leadership begins with endurance. This week explores how leaders face reality, preserve stability, and protect what matters most, strengthening human connection, regulating emotions in prolonged stress, drawing on cultural wisdom, and leading difficult decisions with compassion.
Week 2 | April 6 to April 11
ADAPT
This week focuses on how organizations institutionalize creativity, strengthen relationships with clients and partners, and sense emerging shifts across industries. Through conversations on innovation, business development, and leadership team effectiveness, we explore how companies maintain growth and relevance even under pressure.

Week 3 | April 13 to April 17
THRIVE
Scaling Performance
We close the conference by exploring how organizations integrate the lessons of crisis to build lasting strength, from resilient operating models and effective leadership communication to regional transformation and public-sector resilience. Together, these conversations look at how leaders design organizations that emerge from uncertainty stronger, more innovative, and better prepared for the future.

The Cosmic Conference Over the Years
Great leaders are holistic thinkers.
They recognize that managing in a complex world requires them to master their range, developing the ability to embrace seemingly opposing tensions.
The 2024 Edition of the Cosmic Conference brought leaders in Dubai, Riyadh, and online together to learn how to master these dualities alongside other leaders, experts, and coaches.
You developed a strategy, now what? A strategy, no matter how brilliant it is, remains wishful thinking if not implemented properly. In fact, bringing the strategy to life is the toughest part because it requires alignment, action, and collaboration.
Join us and learn how to lead your organization to execute strategy with unparalleled precision, and turn plans into real-world victories.
Hybrid work comes with a big set of challenges. Organizations cannot risk having less productive workers and employees don’t want to miss out on creating meaningful connections with others.
With that in mind, we invited thought leaders, experts, academics, entrepreneurs and teams to join us for the 3-day virtual event and share their insights and experience.
The global pandemic catalysed a shift in the way individuals and organizations work. The widespread adoption of remote work has changed how we view the 'where' and 'how' of work.
We set out to help attendees navigate the remote work landscape, learn about its impact on organizations in the region, and how teams and leaders can adapt to our ‘new normal'.
